Cabin Description
This very nicely decorated cabin is in Pinetop, Arizona on .22 acres of tall Ponderosa Pine at an elevation of 7075 feet. It is in the White Mountain Club Village Subdivision.

Adair Springs Cabin is 672 square feet and has two bedrooms, and one bath, and can sleep up to five people. It is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. There is a wood-burning fireplace to relax with when taking a break from all the activities the White Mountains has to offer. The cabin has a propane gas grill with a front and side deck. The lot is completely fenced with tall pine trees.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Trash pickup services every Tuesday.

Amenities: Master Bedroom Queen Size Bed and alarm clock; Second Bedroom Bunk Beds with a trundle; New carpet in both bedrooms; ceiling fans; wood blinds throughout; washer and dryer; full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils; Living Area: sofa, Wi-Fi, landline with free long-distance, two televisions with 100 cable channels, DVD player with 75 movies. There are reading materials and board games. The cabin has baseboard electric heat.

Rates
$120 per night Sunday-Thursday, $150 per night Friday-Saturday, $750 per week (7 days), or $2150 per month throughout the year. Payment is preferred seven days before arrival. A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is also required to reserve the cabin. The deposit is fully refundable within seven days of departure. Please make payments in the form of a cashier’s check or personal check made payable to Adair Springs Investments, LLC. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for each reservation. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card are accepted. Long-term Renters Welcome.

Our cabin was built by Stewart and Genevieve Elson in 1972. History of Adair Springs Cabin It is now called Adair Springs Cabin, in honor of my ancestors who founded the town of Adair where Fool Hollow Lake is currently located, and who later settled in Pinetop. (Fool Hollow) It is used as a second home and vacation rental. I hope my guests enjoy the cabin as much as we do.
